Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- 3 day return policy
- State of return must consist of a full bottle
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- Process for return consists of returning to the exact salon you purchased from with receipt. If by mail, customer is responsible for return, and must be in the conditions as stated above.
- Process of refund could be affected by lack of correct info at the time of refund. ie credit card info, correct address, phone number etc.
- Contact details and product sque must match salons identity.
